  • rich in Vitamin A, B and E
  • rich in Iron and Calcium
  • rich in Potassium, Magnesium and Phosphorous
  • easy to digest

  • low blood pressure
  • strengthening bones
  • preventing night-blindness
  • building natural resistance
  • providing instant energy and nutrition

    I love dates but the only thing is they are laden with dirt. You must wash them very well before eating.
