Google has announced that it is going to launch a series of tools to understand the impact of climate change at a global level and to help devise solutions to tackle the issue of global warming and climate change.
The first in the series is a 2 minute introductory tour with narration by none other than Al Gore, the most visible person in the fight against global warming.
The effort is in collaboration with the Danish Government, which is hosting the 15th Conference of the United Nations Climate Change Convention in December this year.
They have also announced that they will be launching a youtube channel specifically targeted at COP. At the channel, we can post our questions to the decision makers and these questions (videos) will be broadcast on screens placed around the conference area.
